Welcome to SoolMate (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SoolMate, a mobile dating and social networking application available on the Google Play Store. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use SoolMate.
By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on SoolMate.
By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you share.
5. Safety and Child Protection
SoolMate is strictly for adults (18+) and does not permit minors to use the service.
We have implemented safeguards, reporting tools, and moderation practices to ensure a safe environment.
Any reported attempt to exploit or harm children will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.
We adhere to Google Play’s Families Policy Requirements and child safety standards to protect all users.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features may be offered on a paid subscription basis.
All payments are processed securely through Google Play’s billing system.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
